At Pornhub Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
